The Phase 2 family is looking for an Administrative Assistant.
​
The person we are looking for should be organized, friendly and self-motivated.
​
The position is part-time; 8 - 10 hours/week over a 2 day period, 1 of the 2 days must be a Tuesday.
​
The person should have experience with the following software:
​

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
-
Ajera - Bookkeeping and Project Management
​
Some of the responsibilities will include:
-
Answering phones, mail and email
-
Assisting staff when requested
-
Bookkeeping; including but not limited to: accounts payables, accounts receivables, invoices, credit cards, balancing of statements, filing of 1099s and PA Sales tax
-
Managing and organizing the Design Library and Records Library.

Keeping track of insurance, payroll, licenses and memberships, continuing education credits
-
Managing maintenance services; including but not limited to snow removal, landscaping, office cleaning service, office supplies
